When we premiered this flavor at Socrates Sculpture Park this June, the most frequent comment (after “yum!”) was “this is so refreshing.” To create that cooling effect, fresh tarragon is blended right into the base, cold-steeped overnight, and then once churned, swirled with a swirl of tart rhubarb (a.k.a. Babs).
Pairs beautifully with Pink Peppercorn, both to the eye and on the palate.
